DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET?
Yes. To keep entry lines moving, please print your ticket.
Mobile barcodes often fail to scan correctly and can cause delays at the gate.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?
The _ Tequila Fest will be held rain or shine.
For safety reasons, performances may be delayed or canceled due to weather. No refunds will be issued.
ARE REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AVAILABLE?
No. All ticket purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, rain checks, or exchanges for any reason, including lost, damaged, or stolen tickets.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:
Refund Policy
You will not attempt to dispute charges or evade refund policies in any way.
If a refund is issued due to cancellation or postponement, only the face value (excluding service or processing fees) will be refunded via original payment method.
We are not liable for travel, lodging, or any related expenses.
Conduct & Entry
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone for disorderly conduct, abusive language, or failure to comply with event rules—no refunds will be issued.
Publicity & Media Release
This is a public event. Your image and likeness may be captured in photos or video and used in promotional materials without compensation or further approval.
Security & Prohibited Items
Guests and bags may be searched at entry. Prohibited items include (but are not limited to):
- Alcohol, illegal substances, weapons
- Large bags/backpacks over 12″ x 12″ x 6″
- Professional cameras, drones, strobe lights, or laser pointers
- Chairs, artificial noisemakers, or irritants
Refusal to consent to searches may result in denied entry.
Ticket Authenticity
Only purchase from official sources. Duplicate, counterfeit, or resold tickets may be canceled without compensation.
Promotional Use
Tickets may not be used in giveaways, promotions, or contests without written consent from True Hospitality Creative.
